\u2013 Maintenance and supervision of electromechanical (E\/M) installations, as well as execution of small-scale projects.
\u2013 Monitoring and operation of remote supervision systems (BMS).
\u2013 Coordination and management of subcontractors and work crews.
\u2013 Participation in facility inspections to identify issues early and propose improvements.
\u2013 Collaboration with Health & Safety and Quality Control departments to ensure compliance with standards.
\u2013 Contribution to the preparation of technical reports and daily maintenance records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Five years of experience in building facilities management and maintenance.
\u2013 Motivation and enthusiasm to achieve goals and optimize processes.
\u2013 Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and handle urgent matters efficiently.
\u2013 Problem-solving skills and initiative-taking.
\u2013 Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
\u2013 Degree in Electrical Engineering (T.E.) (considered a plus).
\u2013 English language proficiency.
\u2013 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\u2013 Familiarity with computer usage and mobile applications.
\u2013 Knowledge of AutoCAD (considered a plus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
