Maintenance Technicians

CORDIA S.A., a leading provider of integrated Facility Management services, is seeking Maintenance Technicians for a hotel unit. The candidates will perform maintenance and repair tasks and oversee the smooth operation of the hotel’s facilities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

– Diagnose and repair faults in electromechanical systems.
– Maintain and repair heating & air conditioning systems, plumbing networks, and mechanical installations.
– Prevent technical issues and propose improvements for facility operations.
– Collaborate with external suppliers and technical teams to ensure smooth hotel operation.
– Adhere to safety regulations and maintenance procedures.

Required Qualifications:

– Plumbing or HVAC technician license (secondary or higher education).
– Foreman Engineer License or Senior Technician Engineer (3rd specialty), Electrician, or Mechanical Engineer (T.E.) with a Foreman license will be considered an additional asset.
– Previous experience in a maintenance role in hotel or industrial facilities.
– Knowledge of electrical and mechanical installations.
– Good understanding of technical issue management and problem-solving.
– Ability to work in shifts.
– Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications:

– Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems).
– Certification for handling refrigerant gases or other relevant certifications.
– Experience in hotel facilities or large building units.
