Ensure Quality and Safety in our Services: by offering new and efficient technologies, by organizing precise communication before, during and after the service provided, and by reviewing Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in order to prevent any material, environmental and physical damage to our staff and third parties.

Ensure Quality in Partner Management: ensuring a smooth cooperation with customers and external providers, within the Greek and International market, in order to achieve a mutually beneficial relationship that will increase the ability of both to create value.

Environmental policy

At CORDIA, we are fully committed to improving environmental performance in all our business activities. More in particular, we are committed to:

  • Protecting the environment and preventing pollution from our activities to the extent possible.
  • Meeting compliance obligations and other regulatory requirements.
  • Increasing our employees’ environmental awareness and providing them with appropriate training to enable them to also handle the environmental audit of the departments they work in.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve our Environmental Management System and our environmental performance by establishing targets, purposes and procedures to measure progress.
  • Minimizing risks and protecting our employees and the community in which we operate by adopting safe technologies and operational procedures in daily and emergency situations.

Energy Services

Recognizing the need for responsible energy management at CORDIA, we seek to rationalize the use of electricity and fuel consumption. Therefore, we minimize energy costs, environmental impact of harmful emissions and depletion of fossil fuels. Based on the principles of sustainable development and in compliance with legislation and international standards, we aim to achieve a balanced financial development in harmony with nature

As part of our services to our customers, we design and implement solutions that assist businesses to make better use of energy, while reducing energy consumption and the emission of greenhouse gases associated with their activities.

Information Security Policy

The information security policy is a critical element for the protection and management of information at CORDIA. It provides a comprehensive approach to addressing the risks to information security, through the implementation of appropriate practices and procedures. Its aim is to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. Moreover, it aims to prepare the company for possible security breach incidents, while concurrently establishing guidelines for preventive action. Lastly, through the information security policy, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is ensured, safeguarding the smooth operation of CORDIA.

Road Safety Policy

The ultimate priority that CORDIA gives to Health and Safety is not only limited to the company’s employees, but it is also extended to its partners. For road transportation in particular, we are placing particular emphasis on educational schemes, and we take measures in order to ensure safer practices of conduct in transportation.

Policy on the prevention and fighting of violence and harassment at work

Integrity and respect for all are vital for us; these values contribute to our success and form an integral part of our corporate environment.

CORDIA’s corporate social policy is based on human rights. These define minimum working standards and act as a complement to our corporate values.

CORDIA, demonstrating zero tolerance for incidents of violence and harassment in the workplace, adopts the policy regarding the elimination of violence and harassment in the workplace.

The aim of this policy is to create and establish a working environment that respects, promotes and safeguards human dignity and the right of each individual to work in a world free from violence and harassment. At CORDIA, we do not tolerate any such behavior, in any form, from anyone.

Health & Safety Policy

At CORDIA, we operate with a high sense of responsibility towards our employees and take all necessary precautionary measures to ensure the protection of their life and health, including suppliers, subcontractors, and visitors to the Company’s facilities and our customers.

To achieve the aforementioned objectives, we are committed to:

  • The systematic monitoring and compliance with our Legislative obligations.
  • The provision of a safe workplace for employees as well as for customers, suppliers, contractors, business partners and visitors to also ensure a safe and healthy working environment, where health and safety risks and opportunities are monitored to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • The training and education of our staff and encouraging them to actively paticipate in order to achieve the objectives and ensure the improvement of the Health & Safety culture.

As a pioneer in Facility Management, Energy Services and E-mobility and focusing on customer satisfaction, we emphasize on the organization and quality of services provided without compromising safety.

Our aim is: ‘Zero fatal accidents and no occupational diseases’ through a continuous improvement of our safety culture. The development and establishment of a Health and Safety culture requires the commitment and active participation of all CORDIA executives and employees as well as our external partners.

  • We encourage everyone to report near misses, which we investigate in order to prevent accidents.
  • We train our staff and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • We inspect operations with regard to the observance of CORDIA’s Health & Safety Rules.
  • We ensure that our subcontractors’ operations are in line with CORDIA’s policies.
