Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center

CORDIA’s cooperation with the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center was launched in February 2017 and coincided with the opening of the Center. It is one of the largest and most challenging Total Facility Management projects in Greece with specific KPIs & SLAs. It is a benchmark and milestone for the Facility Management industry. Its facilities are state-of-the-art and consist of both outdoor premises of more than 210 acres and buildings with a total area of more than 88,000 m². For the provision of services, a multi-member team based at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center facilities is available and supported by further qualified personnel according to the requirements of the project.

Our services include, among many others, both technical maintenance services (Hard FM) and cleaning, security, waste management services, disinsection – deratization, helpdesk, correspondence, etc.

VODAFONE

CORDIA’s cooperation with VODAFONE was launched in December 2014 and after the expiration of the contractual term, the cooperation was renewed through an international tender. This is one of the largest and most demanding Total Facility Management projects in Greece and is a benchmark and milestone for the Facility Management sector, since, under the contract, CORDIA offers integrated Facility Management services to all VODAFONE facilities nationwide. The facilities include both office space and shops as well as critical technical spaces, Data Centers, Call Centers, etc. with a total area of over 90,000 sq.m. For the provision of services, a multi-member team is based at various VODAFONE facilities and mainly at the headquarters in Chalandri. Our services include, among many others, both technical maintenance services (Hard FM) and cleaning, security, waste management services, disinsection – deratization, helpdesk, reception, correspondence, etc.

THE ELLΙNIKON

CORDIA’s cooperation with THE ELLENIKON S.A. was launched in December 2021 simultaneously with the opening of the Center. This is one of the most significant and challenging Hard and Soft Facility Management projects. The facilities include the Experience Park and the Experience Center spanning to a total area of more than 72,000 sqm. A team of engineers, technicians, building and Park cleaning personnel and other specialized personnel is daily available on site to provide services in accordance with the project’s requirements, which include, among many others, both technical maintenance services (Hard FM) and cleaning, security, waste management, disinsection – deratization.

As of December 2022, CORDIA’s services have been extended to include Green maintenance.

DESIGNER OUTLET ATHENS

CORDIA’s cooperation with DESIGNER OUTLET ATHENS was launched in June 2011, simultaneously with the opening of the Designer Outlet Athens. It is the leading outlet hub in Greece with a total leasable area of approximately 21,200 sq.m. and more than 100 shops, cafes, and restaurants.

CORDIA offers continuous technical maintenance services with an on-site team of engineers and technicians supported by additional specialized personnel according to the project requirements.
