The steps followed during the Walk Through Audit service are as follows:

Step 1
The client completes a questionnaire with the basic details of their facility, and then a visit by a CORDIA Specialized Energy Engineer is arranged. The visit/examination duration is usually relatively brief (about 1-3 hours).
Step 2
The site visit aims at the:
(a) reviewing of the facility,
(b) understanding the operation of the installation’s HVAC and electrical systems (primary and secondary), and
(c) gathering of the necessary information regarding the facility’s energy needs.
Step 3
A brief report (approximately 2–3 pages) is provided to the client, outlining the results of the inspection and potential proposals for interventions and improvements that can be implemented.
