Landscaping services
In order to keep the green areas intact and to prevent damage and losses over time, CORDIA undertakes the maintenance of green areas through qualified personnel. These services include the following:
Maintenance of watering network (seasonal adjustment of watering time, adjustment of sprinklers and drippers, inspection, and replacement of worn parts)
In addition, due to our staff, their knowledge and the necessary equipment, we undertake the regeneration of green areas (design, supply, supervision, construction / landscaping of green areas & construction of watering systems).
Pest Control services
At CORDIA, we provide Pest Control services through an experienced and specialized scientific personnel. All tasks are always carried out by our skilled and trained staff, on the days and hours of your choice. In each of the services we offer, our scientific supervisor guides the team in the execution of the tasks, and upon completion, the corresponding certificate or confirmation is issued and sent.

FUMIGATIONS: the use of fumigants (exclusively through phosphine gas) without leaving any residues after aeration
SNAKE REPULSION: protection of the facilities from reptiles, using methods approved by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food
BIRD REPULSION: protection against birds, which especially when found in large numbers, can cause severe problems in modern buildings.
