At CORDIA, we actively participate in European and non-European programs implemented by various organizations. The benefits are diverse for both us and our customers, with whom we collaborate on these specific programs (application of new and innovative technologies, upgrading of provided services, exchange of opinions and technology, closer collaboration with companies and research organizations from various countries and sectors, internationalization, etc.).

We are already participating in the “Horizon Europe”, research and innovation funding program with the following three (3) projects:

• Building Information aGGregation, harmonization and analytics platform (BIGG): The European BIGG program is funded through the H2020 program and aims to apply “Big Data” technologies and data analysis methods for the complete life cycle of over 4,000 buildings in 6 large-scale pilot projects.

• Smart PerFORrmance contracTs for Efficiency, Sustainable, Inclusive, Energy use (FORTESIE): The central vision of the FORTESIE proposal is to design, demonstrate, validate, and replicate innovative renovation packages in the building facilities sector with “Smart Performance-Based” guarantees and financing, aimed at efficient, sustainable, and inclusive energy use (Efficient, Sustainable and Inclusive Energy (ESIE)), (“Renovation Wave” in Europe).

• BuildON: Build the next generatiON of Smart buildings, (BuildON), aims to develop and demonstrate a Smart Transformer Toolbox (STT) at TRL8 to plan and achieve improved energy performance applicable to the broadest range of building typologies and smart readiness levels via a comprehensive demonstration campaign involving five representative real-life pilots. This toolbox will offer affordable, adaptive, close-to-market and easy-to-install SRI-aligned services to continuously Monitor, Assess, Predict and Optimize (MAPO services) a building’s performance.
