Facilities Coordinator

CORDIA S.A., the leading provider of energy services and facility management in Greece, is looking for a Facilities Coordinator for immediate employment in Athens, specifically for a prestigious project in the Southern Suburbs.

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the Facility Management team, responsible for the maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations and small-scale technical projects at client facilities. You will also support general and supplementary facility management services, conducting inspections to assess the overall condition and maintenance of installations. Additionally, you will monitor the efficiency of preventive maintenance tasks and small-scale projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

– Ensure that maintenance tasks are executed according to contractual requirements and system specifications.
– Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
– Maintain preventive maintenance documentation for buildings and equipment.
– Prepare technical proposals for projects, including labor and material cost estimates.
– Manage and procure necessary equipment and materials.
– Proactively manage risks to ensure smooth execution of maintenance work.
– Fully implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures.

Required Qualifications:

– Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (AEI).
– Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management.
– Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical installation principles, methods, and techniques.
– Understanding of modern construction methods and market trends.
– Ability to design and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
– Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Software Skills:

– MS Office
– AutoCAD
