Soft FM Key Account Manager
We are seeking a Key Account Manager for the SOFT FM Department of our Group, which delivers comprehensive Integrated Facility Management services. The role involves contract management, team coordination, ensuring the quality of services provided, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management and achievement of financial and budgetary targets.
- Client communication and development of strong, trust-based relationships.
- Coordination of staff and assurance of service quality.
- Monitoring of consumables, equipment, and shift schedules.
- Preparation of quotations for additional services.
Required Qualifications:
- Secondary Education Diploma (Higher/University Education will be considered an additional asset).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with problem-solving ability.
- Excellent computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
- Good command of the English language (considered an additional asset).
