CORDIA Cleaning Teams: Growing Through Training

At CORDIA, we believe that empowering our teams through training is the key to our long-term success. Over the past weeks, we’ve taken another decisive step in shaping a cleaner, safer, and more professional environment for our clients and our people.

Core Training milestones for June & July 2025:
Structured training sessions of 20 total training hours to 70 trained cleaning professionals. Training content focused on:
– Essential cleaning tasks with a structured methodology
– Health & Safety best practices, team behavior
– Attitude & collaboration
– Proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Why it matters? We’re not just delivering training. We’re building a culture of operational excellence across all cleaning teams and by the end of 2025, we aim to have fully trained the majority of our cleaning teams across all projects.

Need more? We’ve also completed the development of a dedicated supervisor training program, launching soon, because leadership on the ground is what turns procedures into everyday reality.
