Refrigeration Technician
CORDIA S.A., the leading provider of energy services and management – maintenance of technical installations in Greece, is looking for a Refrigeration Technician for immediate employment in Athens.
Main Responsibilities:
– Maintenance and operational support of central air conditioning installations.
– Participation in technical installation upgrade projects.
– Flexible working hours, which may include shifts, etc.
– Understanding and responding to the continuous demands of customers.
– Ability to work under pressure, take ownership of issues, and resolve them until task completion.
– Ensuring cleanliness and safety of the facilities.
– Acting as a team member with all company staff.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate of an IEK (Vocational Training Institute), Technical Vocational School, Technical High School, or OAED Apprenticeship School in refrigeration installations, or a Technological Educational Institute graduate in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
– At least 5 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems.
– Holder of a Master Refrigeration Technician License or a Technologist Mechanical Engineer License.
– Refrigerant handling certification for fluorinated gases is a plus.
– Ability to read and understand detailed schematics and maintenance instructions.
– Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations related to maintenance.
– Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
