Electrician Technician

CORDIA S.A., the leading provider of energy services and management – maintenance of technical installations in Greece, is looking for Electricians for immediate employment in Athens.

Main Responsibilities:

– Maintenance and supervision of electromechanical (E/M) installations, as well as execution of small-scale projects.
– Monitoring and operation of remote supervision systems (BMS).
– Coordination and management of subcontractors and work crews.
– Participation in facility inspections to identify issues early and propose improvements.
– Collaboration with Health & Safety and Quality Control departments to ensure compliance with standards.
– Contribution to the preparation of technical reports and daily maintenance records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

– Five years of experience in building facilities management and maintenance.
– Motivation and enthusiasm to achieve goals and optimize processes.
– Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and handle urgent matters efficiently.
– Problem-solving skills and initiative-taking.
– Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
– Degree in Electrical Engineering (T.E.) (considered a plus).
– English language proficiency.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Familiarity with computer usage and mobile applications.
– Knowledge of AutoCAD (considered a plus).
