Cleaning services

Landscaping services

In order to keep the green areas intact and to prevent damage and losses over time, CORDIA undertakes the maintenance of green areas through qualified personnel. These services include the following:

  • Plant maintenance (pruning – fertilizers – plant protection)
  • Lawn maintenance (mowing – fertilizers – plant protection – ventilation)
  • Maintenance of watering network (seasonal adjustment of watering time, adjustment of sprinklers and drippers, inspection, and replacement of worn parts)

In addition, due to our staff, their knowledge and the necessary equipment, we undertake the regeneration of green areas (design, supply, supervision, construction / landscaping of green areas & construction of watering systems).

Pest Control services

At CORDIA, we provide Pest Control services through an experienced and specialized scientific personnel. All tasks are always carried out by our skilled and trained staff, on the days and hours of your choice. In each of the services we offer, our scientific supervisor guides the team in the execution of the tasks, and upon completion, the corresponding certificate or confirmation is issued and sent.

Pest Control services include the following:

MYOCIDE: mice and rat control by placing rat poison baits at the sites of infestation, so they are safe for humans and non-target animals

DISINSECTIION: vermin control, depending on the type of insect to be controlled and the needs of the area in which we are called to intervene

DISINFECTION: fighting against pathogenic microorganisms that may cause diseases to humans, using approved special microbicidal formulations

FUMIGATIONS: the use of fumigants (exclusively through phosphine gas) without leaving any residues after aeration

SNAKE REPULSION: protection of the facilities from reptiles, using methods approved by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food

BIRD REPULSION: protection against birds, which especially when found in large numbers, can cause severe problems in modern buildings.

All activities are performed by the experienced and qualified personnel of CORDIA, on days and hours of your choice. In each of the above services, the scientific manager of our company guides the crew for the implementation of the work, while after its completion a corresponding certificate or attestation is issued and sent.

Help Desk services

Through its quality services, CORDIA’s Help Desk (HD), reflects and improves the image of our company and its Customers, who have access to the service 24/7, 365(6) days/year. All operators are trained and assessed in order to have a clear understanding of their tasks (SLAs) and the different levels of priority depending on the criticality of each asset.

Help Desk provides:
